    I love this tuna so much. When I’m being more strict with my diet, this is a delicious source of protein I can take with me anywhere. I’ll happily eat it right out of the can. The quality is amazing, this isn’t like the flaked tuna in water you normally get. It’s a solid slice out of the tuna cooked to perfection. I love the smoked flavor and the level of salt is perfect. I think my only complaint is the price point but honestly, I can’t blame them. It’s a great, high quality product!

    OMGoodness, y’all! This tuna is so good! I’d never had smoked tuna before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s so good. Not overly “smoky”. Doesn’t taste like artificial smoke flavorings. The tuna is lean and dense. You get what you pay for, that’s for sure!

    The best smoked fish I have ever had. Delicious is a sandwich or salad. Need to try the pasta recipe mentioned in earlier review. I keep checking the website to see when it will be back in stock.

    I love the other tuna varieties, as well as the salmon. But as others have said, the smoked tuna takes it to another level.

    We’ve tried all the varieties and love them, but the smoked in olive oil is our favorite. It’s super moist, great smoke flavor without being overwhelming. I love to make a quick pasta sautéing some garlic & onion in olive oil, add some sliced zucchini & spices, then some tomato paste. Add the tuna & break up with some peas, throw in the cooked pasta with a little of the pasta water and mix well, add a nice amount of good grated Parmesan and top with a little chopped fresh basil. It’s fantastic. I love, love, love this tuna!!!!
