Low Sodium Tuna & Sprouts Avocado Toast

 

 

Ingredients:
Sprouted Multi-Grain Bread 
1 roma tomato
2 avocados
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 (5 oz) can No Salt Added American Tuna
1 cup red radish sprouts
½ tsp flaky sea salt

 

1. Slice your bread to desired thickness

2. Slice your tomatoes and set aside.

3. Cut up and mash 2 avocados in a small bowl, set aside.

4. Toast your bread in either a skillet or a toaster. (Use a skillet with a tsp of olive oil to get a crisp golden brown finish!)

5. Start assembling your toast by spreading a (generous) layer of avocado to both pieces of toast.

6. Add the tomatoes, tuna and red radish sprouts.

7. Top with a pinch of flaky sea salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
