How do I use a credit or debit card to purchase from the new site?
If you click on the "Pay with PayPal" button it will give you the option to use a credit/debit card to check out.

Refunds & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Should anything be wrong with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
We typically require products be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them in to be eligible for a refund or exchange. In certain cases, we may accept photos or other proof to establish eligibility for a refund or exchange.
What if I don't have the original packaging?
Any refunds or exchanges for products not in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them are solely at the discretion of American Tuna.
We require proof of purchase to return any item for an exchange or refund.
How do I make an exchange?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You can email us at email@example.com, or call us at (866) 817-0497.
When you contact us, we will generate a shipping label and email it to you, or otherwise arrange return shipping with you. We will cover the cost of return shipping so long as you contact us to arrange it.

How long will my return take?
Your return delivery can take up to two weeks to arrive at our facilities, and it may take several additional days for us to process your return.
Once we have processed your return, we will issue your exchange or refund promptly.
How will I receive my return?
For refunds: We will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment for eligible refund claims. Please be patient, refunds may take several days to post to your account.
For exchanges: We will ship your exchanged product(s) according to our normal shipping procedures. You should receive a confirmation email with further information once the exchange order has been processed (shipping is on us).
Sale and clearance itemsItems purchased with a promo code or “on sale” will be refunded at the purchase price paid. Items sold on clearance are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Do you accept returns on gifts?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
Please note: a gift receipt or similar proof is required, you may need to contact the gift giver and have them request a refund or exchange if our product(s) were not shipped directly to you from us. No matter what, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to assist you.
Why was my refund/exchange not accepted?
Suspicious refund/exchange requests
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request if we suspect it to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes anywhere from 2-5 days depending on where in the United States you are located.
How do you ship your products?
We ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on the size of the order.
What do I do if I receive damaged product?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the issue and send pictures of the damage. Then we will either replace the product or add a credit on your account for you to use on your next order.
Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Yes, once your order has been fully processed a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.
Where are your products canned/processed?
All of our American Tuna and American Salmon are processed in the United States, specifically in Bellingham, WA, Charleston, OR, and Alaska.
